UT Martin will be holding a ground breaking ceremony tomorrow for the new Tennessee Entrepreneurial Science and Technology (TEST) Hub.
Director of University Relations Bud Grimes gave Thunderbolt Radio more details about the building.
Mr. Grimes tells us that plans for the TEST Hub have been under discussion for a decade and include full funding from the Tennessee legislature.
The groundbreaking ceremony will begin at 11:30 behind the Student Recreation Center on Mt. Pelia Road.
