Obion County Director of Schools Tim Watkins says Tennessee should learn from other states, who have experienced financial problems due to their school voucher program.
Governor Bill Lee is again pushing for the implementation of the Education Freedom Act for Tennessee.
Director Watkins said states that have adopted the voucher system are having financial troubles.(AUDIO)

A Special Legislative Session has been called for by Governor Lee, with lawmakers to decide the fate of the Educational Freedom Act on Monday.
