During the Dresden City Board’s monthly meeting newly appointed Alderwoman Jennifer Schlicht requested the city make safety improvements to the intersection of Highway 54 and North and South Parkway.
Mayor Mark Maddox agreed to contact the state about installing rumble strips at the intersection and the Dresden Police have increased patrols in the area.
Mayor Maddox also gave an update on the progress being made on the new city hall building
