An arrest has been made in Western Kentucky following allegations of sexual abuse by two Tennessee minors.
McCracken County Sheriff’s Office reports said 30 year old Gregory Scheffer was taken into custody in Paducah on charges that included rape and sodomy.
The arrest came after the Benton County Tennessee Sheriff’s Office contacted McCracken County authorities concerning the alleged sexual assault.
The father of two 12-year old sisters said statements were made of sexual assault, with police investigations showing the girls were assaulted multiple times and subjected to extreme punishments during a stay in McCracken County.
Scheffer was also issued charges of sexual abuse, criminal abuse and incest.
