Agents with the West Tennessee Drug Task Force seized 222 pounds of marijuana in Memphis on Tuesday.
According to a press release, agents obtained a search warrant for a storage unit in the 2600 block of Mt. Moriah. During the search agents seized the marijuana from two pallets being delivered by a trucking company.
A male who showed up to receive the delivery was arrested. Five pounds of marijuana along with $2,000 in cash was seized from his vehicle.
Investigation revealed the marijuana load came from Oklahoma.
