The Kick-Off for Christmas begins in downtown Union City on Thursday.
Main Street-Union City has announced that Christmas Open House will take place Thursday and Thursday tonight.
Over 15 shops and restaurants will be open, with the annual Lighting of the Christmas Tree to take place at 6:00 in front of the Obion County Courthouse.
The ceremony will include music from choirs from Obion County and Union City schools.
Photos with Mr. and Ms. Santa Claus will be held Thursday from 4:00 until 6:00 at the Christmas tree.
Following these activities, Christmas Open House will continue in downtown Union City on Friday and Saturday.
