Kentucky First District State Senator Jason Howell was a guest speaker at the Hickman Chamber of Commerce banquet this week.
During his speech, the Fulton County High School graduate expressed the need for individuals to volunteer for service in their community.(AUDIO)
Senator Howell also talked about bringing political strength back to the western part of the state.(AUDIO)
Senator Howell is running unopposed for his second term in office.
