The University of Tennessee at Martin soccer team fell 1-0 to the Morehead State Eagles at Skyhawk Field on Sunday.
The Skyhawks (2-8-3, 1-4 Ohio Valley Conference) outshot the defending OVC Tournament champions by a 22-18 margin, targeting 12 shots on goal.
Mac Titus made eight saves in a battle of two lockdown goalkeepers but Morehead State was able to make a goal in the 39th minute hold up in the end.
Peyton Cook led UT Martin with a match-high five shots and three attempts on goal.
UT Martin will return to Skyhawk Field on Sunday, at 2 p.m. when it plays host to Lindenwood.
