Saturday is the 4th annual Run the Rails event in Union City.
Runners from several states have converged to Union City to take part in a half-marathon, 10K and 5K Run.
Registration will begin at Kiwanis Park in downtown Union City at 7:00, with the half-marathon starting at 8:00.
All races will start and end at Kiwanis Park.
Following the races, a Day in the Park will be held with live music, bouncy houses and local food vendors.
Proceeds from Run the Rails will be used to purchase a string lighting project in downtown Union City.
