The Hickman Police Department has announced the arrest of two men in connection with an inappropriate relationship with a juvenile.
Police reports said 28 year old Henri Murphy, of Fulton, and his brother, 21 year old Rio Ingram of Union City, were taken into custody following an investigation.
The investigation began on May 5th, and indicated the relationship involved a 14 year old juvenile.
Police say the initial investigation centered on Murphy, with Ingram later determined to also be involved.
Arrest warrants were obtained for Murphy and Ingram on charges of distribution of obscene matter to minors and procurement or promotion use of a minor by electronic means.
Murphy was also charged with intimidating a participant in a legal process.
