Two high level drug dealers in Graves County have been taken into custody.
Sheriff Jon Hayden said a several month investigation led to the arrest of 37 year old Antonio D. Jackson, of Mayfield, and 38-year-old Ivy S. Daniels, also of Mayfield.
Early stages of the investigation indicated Jackson was trafficking in large quantities of crystal Methamphetamine in Mayfield, Graves County, and other communities in the Purchase area of Western Kentucky.
Ten pounds of crystal Methamphetamine was seized during the investigation and will be used as evidence at trial.
A traffic stop of Jackson yielded a quarter pound of methamphetamine in his lap, and cash scattered in the passenger compartment.
A short time later, Daniels was taken into custody on warrants, with currency also seized.
Both men have extensive criminal records, and will now have their cases presented in federal court in Paducah.
