A Union City man was arrested and charged following an incident at Union City Energy Authority.
Police reports officers were called to 312 North Division Street, after a customer made a threat to shoot up the business.
At the scene, officers learned 54 year old Jeffrey Abbott, of Exchange Street, came to the office after his electricity had been turned off.
When employees informed Abbott of additional fees to have the service restored, he became upset and argumentative.
A video review by officers showed Abbott making the threat to shoot up the location.
Police reports said Abbott was located in the 700 block of East Church Street and taken into custody on a charge of aggravated assault.
