Two Fulton County liquor stores were cited for selling alcohol to minors.
Fulton County Sheriff’s Office reports said The Wine Cellar in Fulton, and The Wine Cellar II in Hickman, were issued the citations during a sting on February 6th.
Sheriff’s reports said a confidential informant was sent into each business, where the individual purchased a twelve pack of Corona beer and was not asked for identification.
During appearances in Fulton County District Court, both establishments were issued fines and court costs of $263 dollars each.
Reports said both businesses were also issued fines of $2,500 by the State Alcohol Beverage Control.
