A moment of concern occurred at the Obion County Commission meeting this week, due to a missing employee.
Road Department Superintendent Kevin Dunn was addressing department issues, when Commissioner Eugene Hudgins addressed missing employee Charles Baldridge, of Troy.(AUDIO)
The 62 year old Baldridge was last seen on January 8th and has been the subject of searches by plane and other means with no success.
