A Union City employee was highlighted during Tuesday’s Union City Council meeting.
During the meeting, City Manager Johnny McTurner informed board members of the actions of Steven Owens earlier that day at City Hall.(AUDIO)
Officials at City Hall said Owens has been employed as the janitor since February of 2020.
