The Graves County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest as part of an investigation into a reported child molestation.
Sheriff Jon Hayden reported 60 year old Mark A. Cunningham was arrested on April 9th following a surveillance of his home on KY Highway 534 south of Symsonia.
A previous search warrant for the residence was executed on April 7th by Graves County and Marshall County Sheriff’s Office detectives.
The search yielded multiple devices that contained hundreds of images and videos of minors who are believed to be under the age of 12.
The minors were involved in acts that were deemed as sexual in nature.
Cunningham was issued a Class-B felony charge of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under the age of 12.
The investigation into the case also continues.
