A new Park Manager has been named for Reelfoot Lake State Park.
During this week’s Samburg tourism meeting at South Shore Resort, Doug Robertson was introduced by Greer Tidewell, the Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Environment and Conservation.
Robertson is a former 13 year Tennessee State Trooper, who also served time in several different capacities for the Dyer County Sheriff’s Office.
Following his announcement, Robertson told Thunderbolt News about the Park Manager position.(AUDIO)
The Lake County High School graduate said he was grateful for the position, with Reelfoot Lake always holding a special place in his life.(AUDIO)
