Over 60 people from across the state were in Samburg on Wednesday to promote local tourism.
Samburg Tourism Director Ed Mayberry organized the event at South Shores Resort to help attract visitors and guests to the Reelfoot Lake city.
Following the meal and event, Mayberry was thankful for all participants who showed their support for tourism and growth in Samburg.(AUDIO)
Mayberry said despite a current population of under 200 residents, Samburg still has much to offer tourists and visitors.(AUDIO)
