The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency has announced that all big game hunting in the Mississippi River Floodwaters Zone will be closed due to flooding.
The closure will remain in effect until the river falls below 34 feet and applies to both public and private lands.
The closure will impact the spring turkey season.
