A section of roadway has now reopened in Fulton County.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said KY 94, west of Hickman in the Lower Bottom area, is open with high water between 9.1 MP (Parker Lane) to 10.9 MP (1099 Bypass).
Water has receded, and one lane is passable.
Motorists are urged to use caution.
