Storm and flood displaced residents in Obion County can seek assistance from both the Red Cross and Salvation Army in Union City.
Woodland Mills Mayor Joe Lewis said the Red Cross is stationed at Second Baptist Church, on Everett Boulevard, where assistance is being provided.
Mayor Lewis said the Salvation Army is working with the Red Cross to also assist help displaced residents with needs and supplies.
