Obion County Mayor Steve Carr has released information for local assistance that may be available to those who have been displaced due to the recent storms and flooding.
Mayor Carr told Thunderbolt News about the opportunity for residents to apply for assistance on Tuesday and Wednesday at Beulah Baptist Association Office in Union City.(AUDIO)
Again, intake applications will be accepted Tuesday morning from 8:30 until noon, and again on Wednesday from 1:00 until 4:00.
Anyone who would like to make a storm assistance contribution can contact the Beulah Baptist Association or Mayor Steve Carr.
