A Paducah man wanted for failure to show up for trial has been apprehended in Missouri.
McCracken County Sheriff’s Office reports said 22 year old Nash McMillen was taken into custody in Maryland Heights, after attempting to flee from officers on a motorcycle.
McMillen failed to show up for court last week on his charge of Fraudulent Firearm Transaction.
McCracken County officials also said 66 year old Kathy Fox, of Paducah, was arrested after detectives determined she was assisting McMillen in evading arrest.
Detectives learned Fox was providing money and information to McMillen, leading to her charge of first degree complicity to bail jumping.
