Obion County Central High School has named a new basketball coach.
School Communications Director Lauren Kendall said Hamilton Hudson will take over the leadership role as head coach of the Rebel boys basketball team.
Obion County Central Athletic Director Chris Lownsdale said coach Hudson has shown his capabilities when given the reins of the program.
Lownsdale said coach Hudson’s leadership this past season was a great part in the success, and he was confident in that success going forward.
Hudson has been an assistant coach for the team.
Principal Cory Essary said they were glad to give Hudson the opportunity to lead the Rebels after serving as assistant coach.
