A Dyer man will be serving eight years in the Tennessee Department of Corrections for a 2023 rape charge in Martin.
The Martin Police reports 20-year-old Nolen Williams pled guilty to one count of rape without consent on Monday. Circuit Court Jeff Parham presided over the case.
The incident occurred at 800 University Street in April of 2023. Williams will also be added to the Sexual Offender Registry.
