Congressman David Kustoff, along with Senator Tom Cotton, has introduced the Cellphone Jamming Reform Act.
The legislation would prevent contraband cellphone use in federal and state prisons by allowing the prisons to use cellphone jamming systems.
Congressman Kustoff says criminals are using cellphones in prison to commit crimes and that coordinated criminal activity is a threat to public safety.
