
A Union City woman has been arrested after a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agents, and the Obion County Sheriff’s Office, arrested 24 year old Alexis Duncan on two counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.
On March 18th, TBI agents with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children concerning child sexual abuse material involving a minor child.
During an investigation, it was determined Duncan had distributed the sex abuse material on a chat messenger platform.
TBI agents and Obion County Sheriff’s investigators executed a search warrant of Duncan’s residence and seized electronic devices.
Duncan was taken into custody and booked into the Obion County Jail.
