Weakley County Audit Committee Chairman Chris Mathis presented the county audit to the full county commission on Monday, declaring it clean.
Mr. Mathis said that a past issue with the solid waste department had been appearing on the county audit for the past years, but they were finally able to get it corrected.
Mr. Mathis also recognized Commissioner Larry Taylor for his work on the audit committee. His term is set to expire in August
