The Martin Police Department has announced the promotion of Investigator Chris Finch to the rank of Captain in the Criminal Investigations Division.
Martin Police Chief Phillip Fuqua told us about Captain Finch and his qualities.
Captain Finch has worked for the Police Department since 2004. He was promoted to Patrol Sergeant in 2017 and Patrol Lieutenant in 2021.
Chris Finch is a graduate of McKenzie High School and received a degree in criminal justice from UT Martin.
