The National Weather Service indicates the entire area is in an “Enhanced Risk” of strong to severe thunderstorms from Friday afternoon into Saturday.
At this time, forecasters currently say this is a “medium” confidence event, with the primary threats being damaging winds, large hail and a few tornadoes.
The National Weather Service said the severe weather could be an overnight event, with exact details on timing and severity to be monitored over the next couple of days.
