The Paris Police Department has released more information regarding the death of a Henry County woman on Monday.
The victim, identified as Tina Robertson of Buchanan, was crossing the road near the Henry County Medical Center when she was struck by a van belonging to the Northwest Tennessee Human Resources Agency.
The van was being driven by Thomas Seabaugh of Springville.
Emergency medical treatment was administered by AMR Henry County ambulance service and Henry County Medical Center emergency room staff. They were unable to save her life.
The Paris Police Department is working with the 24th Judicial District Attorney’s Office to determine if any charges will be filed.
