A section of I-69 in Graves County was closed for a period of time on Tuesday morning.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said a semi-tractor trailer truck rolled over and caught fire just after 7:00.
The accident happened near exit 21 at Mayfield in the southbound lanes.
The Graves County Sheriff’s Office reported intense flames and thick smoke from the accident, with one lane restored for service after about one hour.
Officials with the Transportation Cabinet reported both lanes open in the afternoon, but some cleanup work continued.
There was no reports of injuries from the crash.
