Charges are pending in Graves County against a Fulton woman, following a hit and run incident on Sunday afternoon.
Graves County Sheriff Jon Hayden said officers were called to investigate the hit and run on Wingo Road around 5:00.
Sheriff’s reports said property damage had occurred, which caused several head of cattle to get loose in the area.
Officers learned the vehicle involved in the incident was a yellow Volkswagen that sustained considerable body damage.
Approximately 30 minutes after the hit and run was investigated, Sheriff Hayden said 44 year old Amanda Golightly was stopped for speeding by the Tennessee Highway Patrol in Weakley County.
