
The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for Northwest Tennessee.
Forecasters say the advisory period will begin Tuesday morning at 6:00 and remain in place until 6:00 on Wednesday night.
Southwest winds during the period will be sustained from 20-to-30 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 45 miles per hour.
Forecasters say tree limbs could be damaged and some power outages are possible.
The Wind Advisory area covers Obion, Lake, Weakley, Dyer, Gibson and Henry County.
