The Graves County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of a man wanted on two serious crimes.
Sheriff’s reports said 24 year old Demetrio Hernandez was arrested in 2018 on charges of first degree rape of a victim under 12 years old, along with kidnapping with serious physical injury.
Following his arrest, Hernandez posted a $25,000 cash bond and was released.
The sheriff’s report said he then fled and became fugitive status.
Hernandez was living in Mayfield at the time the charges were issued.
