The Weakley County Municipal Electric System has announced that the TVA has initiated steps 10 & 20 of load curtailment.
With these steps initiated TVA asks their local residents, businesses, and local power companies to do their part by limiting their electrical usage.
Weakley County Electric asks all residents, businesses, and employees to please refrain from using excess electricity until further notice (heaters, lights, fans, etc). Weakley Co Electric recommends setting all thermostats to 67 degrees and turning off excess lighting throughout your homes and buildings.
