Red Cross and Salvation Army Assisting at Woodland Mills Shelter

Those who are displaced from their homes in Rives can seek shelter at the Woodland Mills Civic Center.

The Red Cross and Salvation Army are on hand to assist anyone who needs shelter and food while the flooding issues remain in Rives.

Woodland Mills Mayor Joe Lewis was cooking breakfast at the facility this morning, and told Thunderbolt News about the offerings of the designated shelter.(AUDIO)

 

Red Cross officials said the shelter would remain open as needed to assist the residents of Rives.
