According to data from the Site Selection Magazine, Carroll County’s 25 to 44 population is growing.
The data shows an increase between four and six percent in the 25-44 age group between 2020 and 2023. Only Fayette County in West Tennessee had a larger percentage growth.
Chamber of Commerce Brad Hurley tells us what he attributes the growth to.
Mr. Hurley also says the county is becoming the home of a new industrial plant run by INTOCAST, a manufacturing company based in Germany.
Along with the population growth, Carroll County reported a record in sales tax collection with over $9.6 million collected in 2024.
