Union City police are attempting to identify the person who took items from a vehicle on East Main Street.
Police reports said an officer arrived at the scene to speak with 24 year old Kyle Hall, who had two bank cards and $193 in cash taken from his vehicle.
A security camera showed a black male wearing a gray toboggan, dark colored jacket and white tennis shoes walking from Hall’s vehicle to his sister’s car under a carport.
The report stated the individual was not able to enter the sister’s car due to it being locked.
Police are now seeking to identify the individual from a photo taken from the scene.
