The Ned R. McWherter Library and Museum has announced their new library director.
Amanda Jane Bacigalupo will be filling the position when current library director Candy McAdams retires at the end of February.
Ms. Bacigalupo was the Head Children’s Librarian for the Maury County Library. She received her master’s of library and information science from the University of Southern Mississippi. She also has a bachelor’s degree in art history from Mississippi State University.
Ms. Bacigalupo is from Dyersburg. She will be taking the position as Library Director on February 3rd.
