
A Huntingdon man has been arrested after an investigation by the TBI, Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, and Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
On Thursday, January 23rd, authorities began investigating 77-year-old James Edward Thomas Jr. for allegations of sexual misconduct. The investigation revealed Thomas was responsible for the misconduct.
Thomas was arrested on Friday and charged with one count of aggravated rape of a child, aggravated sexual battery, and incest. He was booked into the Carroll County Jail on a $275,000 bond.
