Obion County Commissioners have approved a purchase proposal for a records storage building.
Budget Committee Chairman Sam Sinclair Jr. addressed the issue at this week’s County Commission meeting.(AUDIO)
During a recent Budget Committee meeting, Mayor Steve Carr said the cost of the building would be $175,000.
Mayor Carr said the building had some big space and small compartments that would accommodate the courthouse records well.
Commissioners voted unanimously to purchase the property.
