A Dyersburg man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for sexual abuse.
According to court information, 52-year-old Robert Galler traveled to Iowa in 2022 and returned to Tennessee with a minor. After receiveing reports of sexual abuse, DCS workers were sent to Galler’s house.
The workers found three female minors who each alleged physical and sexual abuse by Galler. The victims underwent forensic interviews that determine the abuse had been going on for over four years.
On Tuesday, Galler entered guilty pleas to one count of rape of a child and one count of rape. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison and placed on the sex offender registry.
