During the monthly meeting of the Weakley County Commission on Tuesday, County Mayor Dale Hutcherson issued a proclamation celebrating the Westview Lady Chargers for their victory at the Nike Tournament of Champions in December.
Mayor Hutcherson went on to recognize McCall Sims for being named tournament MVP along with Maddie Gray and Alexis Evans who were named to the All-Tournament Team.
The proclamation also honored and congratulated Coach Brian Haskins, his staff, and managers.
