The Fulton County Lady Pilots will play for a State Tournament bid on Saturday night.
The Lady Pilots beat Carlisle County 60-44 in semi-final play Thursday night, and will now face Mayfield for the First Region All-A Classic championship.
A win on Saturday would advance Fulton County to the All-A State Tournament in Owensboro.
Head coach Leonard Smith said he has a lot of confidence in his veteran team, who improved to (10-3) on the year.(AUDIO)
Going into Saturday’s championship game, Coach Smith said the Lady Pilots are not the same team that lost to Mayfield, 54-27, in the second game of the year.(AUDIO)
Tip-off for the First Region All-A Classic championship game will take place at 5:30 at Graves County High School.
