The Weakley County Fiber Committee will be meeting Friday morning at the county courthouse.
Items on the agenda include the election of a vice chairperson and recording secretary and a discussion of current grant progress.
The fiber committee has not met in over two years. Weakley County Mayor Dale Hutcherson told Thunderbolt Radio why they are coming back together.
Mayor Hutcherson said representatives from WKNT will also be at the meeting to answer questions.
The meeting will begin at 9 and is open to the public.
