U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn has introduced legislation to help women and girls in sports.

The legislation includes a resolution calling for the NCAA to revoke its transgender student-athlete eligibility policy, a bill to prevent violence against women in athletics, and a resolution declaring October 10th as “American Girls in Sports Day.”

The NCAA is holding its annual meeting this week in Nashville, where members will discuss policies and governance.
