The Upper West Tennessee Special Olympics will be hosting their annual Polar Plunge fundraiser in Union City on February 8th.
Director of the Upper West Tennessee Special Olympics, Dr. Clinton Smith, told Thunderbolt Radio about the event.
A minimum of $75 is required to take the plunge. Those interested in participating can register online at PolarPlungeTN.com. You can register solo or with a group and all ages are welcome.
Dr. Smith talked about the athletes that benefit from fundraisers like this.
