The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for West Tennessee and Western Kentucky.
Forecasters say the storm warning in West Tennessee will be in place from 6:00 on Thursday night until 6:00 on Saturday morning.
Current predictions indicate four-to-six inches of snow could accumulate during the period.
In Western Kentucky, the storm warning will go into effect at midnight on Thursday night and continue until midnight on Friday night.
The counties of Fulton, Hickman, Graves and Calloway could receive three-to-five inches of snowfall.
Roads are expected to be difficult to travel for both the morning and evening commute on Friday.
