A planned ground breaking ceremony for a new Cayce Fire Station has been canceled.
Fulton County Emergency Management Director J.L. Atwill said the Saturday ceremony has been canceled due to weather conditions.
The event may be scheduled for another date weather pending.
The Cayce Fire Department and all equipment were destroyed by an EF-4 tornado that moved through the county on December 10th of 2021.
